Los plazos de retiro y despacho son los siguientes:

  • Retiro en Bodega (Región Metropolitana): 2 días hábiles;
  • Despacho dentro de la Región Metropolitana : hasta 4 días hábiles;
  • Despacho a otras regiones: hasta 6 días hábiles.
Warranty

Este producto cuenta con garantía de 1 año, entregada por el representante en Chile.
Cubre falla del calefactor y fugas de agua.
Esta garantía no cubre desperfectos por mala instalación ni por sobrepresión de la red de agua ( sobre 8 bar ).

A los 6 meses se debe efectuar mantención al termo para que la garantía se mantenga vigente entre los meses 7 y 12.
